Who you are dealing with
Quotyra Quote Requests for WooCommerce ("the plugin") is developed and published by Nekruz Kasimov, trading as NK Plugins ("we"). Contact: through the support forum or the email address shown in your purchase receipt.
Pro purchases are processed by Freemius, Inc., which acts as the reseller and merchant of record. Freemius handles payment, invoicing, taxes and licence keys. Their terms apply to the transaction alongside these: freemius.com/terms.
Licence
Free version
The free plugin is released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. You can use it on any number of sites, modify it and redistribute it under the same licence. It is provided without warranty, as the GPL states.
Quotyra Pro
- The Pro code is also GPL-licensed. What you pay for is a one-year subscription to updates, support and the licence key that activates Pro features.
- One Pro licence covers an unlimited number of sites that you own or manage, including client sites if you are an agency.
- The subscription renews yearly at the then-current price unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Freemius account page linked in your receipt; cancelling stops future charges and does not refund the current year.
- If your subscription lapses, Pro features that are already activated keep working. You stop receiving updates and support until you renew. We may change this policy for future versions but not for versions you have already received.
- You may not resell the licence key itself or offer the licence key as part of a hosting or theme bundle without written permission.
Refunds
Pro comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of first purchase. Ask through the Freemius account page or by replying to your receipt email. Renewals are refundable within 14 days of the renewal charge. We do not need a reason, but telling us what did not work helps us improve the plugin.
Support
Free users get support in the WordPress.org forum, usually within two working days. Pro users get email support through Freemius for the length of their subscription. Support covers installing, configuring and troubleshooting the plugin on a supported WordPress and WooCommerce version. It does not cover custom development or fixing conflicts caused by third-party code, though we will try to point you in the right direction.
Privacy
This website
This site is static and sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no advertising. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
The plugin on your site
Quote requests are stored in your own WordPress database, under your control. They contain whatever your customers type into the request form: name, email, and optionally company, phone, country, postcode and message, plus the products and quantities requested. We never see this data. It stays on your server and is covered by your own privacy policy to your customers. The plugin has an uninstall option to delete all quote data.
The plugin makes no connection to our servers and contains no tracking, with one exception described next.
Freemius
When you activate the plugin you are shown an opt-in screen from Freemius. If you accept, Freemius collects your site URL, WordPress and PHP versions, the plugin version, and the admin email address, and sends us product-usage information. If you skip the opt-in, the free version works fully and sends nothing. Pro users need an active connection to Freemius for licence activation and updates. Purchases
When you buy Pro, Freemius collects your name, email, billing country and payment details. We see your name, email and purchase history so we can provide support and licences. We do not see card numbers. We do not sell or share customer data with anyone other than Freemius, and we only email you about your licence, support requests, and important plugin updates.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us through the support forum or the email on your receipt. Deleting a Pro account also cancels the subscription.
Limitation of liability
The plugin is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or other indirect damages arising from its use. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced in the plugin changelog. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
