Comparison

Best WooCommerce request a quote plugins in 2026

Six plugins compared on the three things that matter once you have used one for a month: what the free version really does, what you pay per site, and what breaks when the licence lapses.

Prices checked 3 November 2026 on vendor pages, USD, excluding VAT. I build Quotyra, one of the plugins below, so read the Quotyra row knowing that.

How to pick one

Every plugin on this list puts a "request a quote" button on product pages and sends you an email. That is table stakes. The differences that cost you time later are:

  1. Where requests go. Email only, or a record in the admin with a status you can search and update. Email only works until the second person on your team starts answering quotes.
  2. Price per site. Most vendors price per site or in tiers. If you run three shops, or you are an agency, a single-site licence costs you three times over.
  3. Expiry behaviour. Some licences keep working without updates when they lapse; some lock admin features. Vendors rarely say which on the pricing page.

The short version

PluginFree version stores requests in admin?Paid, 1 site / yearUnlimited sitesAfter expiry
YITH Request a QuoteNo, email notification; the Requests list is in PremiumNot stated on the vendor page (third parties quote about 59 to 70)Up to 30 sites at a third-party quoted 349Not stated
NP Quote Request for WooCommerceNot confirmedNot statedNot statedNot stated
ELEX Request a QuoteNot confirmed; free lists email notifications59 or 69 depending on which ELEX page you readUp to 25 sites, 189 or 349Not stated
Plugin Republic Request a QuoteNo free version69Up to 50 sites at 349; 10 sites at 99Yearly licence cancelled: keeps working, no updates or support
Addify Request a QuoteNot confirmed79 (same page also says 69)No site tiers shownNot stated
QuotyraYes: status, search, notes, free79 for Pro79, unlimitedPro features keep working, no updates or support

"Not stated" means I could not find it on a page the vendor controls. Several vendors show different prices on different pages, which is noted where it happens. Check before you buy.

YITH Request a Quote

The most installed option and the one most agencies already know. The free version adds the button and the form and emails you the request. The "Requests" screen where you manage quotes is a Premium feature. Premium is sold in site tiers and the YITH page loads prices with JavaScript, so I could not verify them directly; third-party pages put the single site at roughly 59 to 70 USD a year. The support forum has repeated threads about the session cookie breaking page caching for every visitor, which is worth testing on a staging site before launch if you rely on a cache.

Pick it if you are already on YITH plugins and want everything from one vendor.

NP Quote Request for WooCommerce

A long-standing free plugin with a premium upgrade. It has a quote cart and a request form. Pricing and the premium feature list are not clearly stated on a page I could load, so I have left those cells blank rather than guess. Support threads on its forum are mostly about redirecting to the quote page after adding an item.

Pick it if you want a simple quote cart and are happy to work out pricing on the vendor site.

ELEX Request a Quote

Free version with email notifications and a premium version with a quote list and more rules. ELEX's own comparison page shows two different price sets for the same product (69, 149, 349 in a table and 59, 89, 189 in the FAQ), and the official product URLs returned errors when I checked, so treat the numbers as unverified.

Pick it if you need their other WooCommerce extensions as well.

Plugin Republic WooCommerce Request a Quote

No free version, but the clearest pricing on this list: 69 for one site, 99 for up to 10, 349 for up to 50, plus lifetime options. The pricing page also states what happens on cancellation: a yearly licence keeps working without support or updates. That honesty is rarer than it should be.

Pick it if you run up to 10 sites. At 99 for 10 sites it is cheaper per site than anything else here.

Addify Request a Quote

Sold on Addify's store and previously on woocommerce.com. The product page showed 79 and "billed annually at 69" at the same time, with a seasonal promo code, so the real price depends on when you look. No site tiers were shown.

Pick it if you want a single-site licence and catch it on promotion.

Quotyra

This is mine, so here is the plain description. The free version includes the quote button, a quote basket, hiding prices for guests or roles, emails, and every request saved under WooCommerce → Quotes with a status, search and internal notes. Nothing in the free version is a time-limited trial. Pro is 79 USD a year for unlimited sites and adds counter-offers, converting an accepted quote into an order, PDF quotes, expiry reminders and per-product button rules. If the licence lapses, Pro keeps working; you lose updates and support.

Where it is weaker: it is new (first release October 2026), so it has fewer integrations and a smaller install base than YITH. There is no lifetime licence.

Pick it if you want requests stored in the admin without paying, or you run more than one site.

Which one for which shop

  • One shop, you just need a button and an email: any free version works. YITH or Quotyra.
  • One shop, you want to manage quotes in the admin without paying: Quotyra, since the others put the quote list behind the paid tier.
  • Agency with up to 10 client sites: Plugin Republic at 99.
  • Agency with more than 10 sites, or unknown growth: Quotyra Pro at 79 unlimited.
  • Already deep in one vendor's ecosystem: stay there; mixing plugin vendors costs more support time than the licence saves.
