Quote requests for WooCommerce

Every quote request saved in your admin, not just emailed

Customers add products to a quote basket and send one request. You get a record with status, search and internal notes, plus an email. Nothing becomes an order until you decide it should.

No account, no external service, no tracking.

How it works

A request-a-quote flow for B2B, wholesale and made-to-order shops.

  1. Add to quote basket

An "Add to quote" button sits on product pages and in shop and category grids. Customers review quantities in the quote basket.

  2. Send request

One form with name, email, company, phone and message. A honeypot and nonces keep spam out.

  3. You get a record and an email

The quote is saved under WooCommerce → Quotes and you get a new quote email. The customer gets a confirmation.

Questions

Where do I see the quote requests?

Under WooCommerce → Quotes. Filter by status and search by reference, customer name, email or company. Open a quote to see items, customer details and internal notes that customers never see.

Do quotes become orders?

No. A quote is stored as its own record and never creates a WooCommerce order, so it does not affect order numbers, stock or reports.

Can I hide prices and the add to cart button?

Yes, for logged-out visitors and for selected user roles, with optional replacement text such as "Login for pricing". Administrators and shop managers always see prices.

Is it compatible with HPOS, and does it work with variable products?

HPOS compatibility is declared, and because quotes are not orders the plugin does not touch order tables. Variable products work on the product page; they do not get a quote button in shop grids.
